The boys and I drove up to Gallatin today to hang out with MeMe! We had lunch at Sonic (the boys had their first slush) and spent time at the pool with her (Jonas and Xander were all about the water slide, while Roman and MeMe and I played catch and monkey in the middle with a water ball). We stopped back by the house to see PaPa…and he and MeMe and I were able to have a peaceful chat while the boys did a little bit of quiet time on their tablets. After we hugged Aunt Jean and MeMe gifted us with a cantaloupe and cucumbers from her garden, we headed back home. Here’s to the last few days of summer before school starts!
